A huge Thank You to all our friends and supporters for your support and generosity in helping us to achieve this year’s Christmas Challenge target. We not only reached it, we surpassed it, by £900!
Between Tuesday 3rd December and Tuesday 10th December we raised a whopping £50,900 in 173 online donations in just seven days. All of these donations were doubled due to a Shrewsbury House donor match funding pledge and a Charity Champion match.
With Gift Aid, after deduction of Big Give fees, we raised a total of £108,656.19.

Shrewsbury House is seeking to raise funds to support the team of Play and Youth Workers who work with the 100+ young people who attend the Youth Club every day. The funds will also be used to support the operational needs of a building which is now 50 years old.
This year, the Shewsy is hoping to raise £100,000 through The Big Give Christmas Challenge, to support its work in the community for the year ahead.
The first £50,000 we raise will be match-funded, so every £1 donated is worth £2 to the Club.
