We’re Hiring: Pathways Youth Worker

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people, confident in building trusted relationships, and skilled in providing targeted one-to-one and group-based support to help young people progress into education, employment, training, and improved wellbeing.

This role will focus on working directly with young people who face barriers to opportunity, delivering meaningful interventions, and championing youth voice across our services. We’re looking for someone who is values-led, motivated, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people and our wider community.
