John Dumbell

John joined The Shewsy in 2001 and is responsible for delivering youth work and managing the youth work team. A local to the area, John attended The Shewsy as a child and brings firsthand knowledge of the community, alongside extensive experience working with hard-to-reach young people.

He is passionate about improving outcomes for young people and is committed to supporting them, empowering families, and helping to build stronger, more resilient communities.

Outside of work, John enjoys coaching the local football team and is actively involved in various community initiatives.
