Mark Hedley

Mark Hedley has over 50 years experience in the field of the law relating to children, minors and vulnerable adults as a barrister, Circuit and High Court Judge and Visiting Professor in Law. Through a wide and extended involvement in the Third Sector he brings experience of governance and safeguarding.

He is passionate particularly about children and young people in, at risk of or leaving the Care system.

He is on the Board as the representative of the Bishop of Liverpool and lives in the area of the Club.
