Mayank Agarwal

Mayank joined The Shewsy as Finance Manager in April 2025, taking on a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation’s financial management. He is focused on building on existing systems, improving organisation and reporting, and ensuring financial information is clear, accurate, and useful for decision‑making across the team.

Rather than just managing numbers, he’s focused on putting the basics in place,  organising records, making sense of existing data, and building simple systems that actually work day-to-day. His approach is practical, understand what’s there, fix what’s not working, and create something the whole team can rely on.

Coming from a background in finance and audit, he’s used to dealing with messy data and unclear processes, and turning them into something structured and usable. At The Shewsy, that means helping the organisation get clearer visibility over its finances and making sure money is used where it matters most.

Outside of work, Mayank enjoys going to the gym, playing football and cricket, and exploring new places. He also values being part of a close-knit, community-driven environment, which is exactly what drew him to The Shewsy.
