Stuart Cowpur

Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in education, working at Shrewsbury School since 1998 and having been part of the Leadership Team for the past decade, currently responsible for Partnership and Community Engagement encompassing local and national work in education and with charities. He brings expertise in safeguarding, fundraising and programme creation and delivery.

As a trustee, Stuart contributes his skills in developing programmes and opportunities for the mutual benefit of club members and Shrewsbury students as well as raising money annually and helps guide the charity’s governance and fundraising. He is particularly passionate about maintaining and developing the historic link between the School and the Everton community – for the benefit of all our young people as they move forward in life.

Outside of work, Stuart enjoys sport – he supports LFC and St. Helen’s RLFC – and is actively involved in conservation work.
