Vicki is the CEO of The Shewsy, a community charity with a bold ambition for Everton and its young people. Driven by a deep belief in the potential of every child, she is committed to creating life-changing opportunities that help young people grow, achieve, and become the very best they can be. She brings over 20 years’ experience in the child and youth sector, including a decade at the national charity Frontline, where she was responsible for delivering the Frontline programme. This combination of frontline expertise and strategic leadership allows her to set high standards, provide clear direction, and maintain a relentless focus on impact ensuring The Shewsy becomes the North West’s leading youth provision.
Her work is rooted in the values that have shaped the club for generations: creating a safe and welcoming space, nurturing confidence, skills, and ambition, and building a community where young people feel seen, supported, and inspired. Outside work, she enjoys going to the gym, swimming, and spending time outdoors with her family and dog — a balance that keeps her energised and connected to what matters most.
